RV PARK RESTRICTIONS AND GUIDELINES

Thank you for choosing Osprey Lakes RV Park. We want to make sure your stay here is safe and enjoyable. In order to assist us in doing that, we have some park guidelines and restrictions as our guests.

WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TYPE RV’S OF ALL SIZES THAT ARE NO OLDER THAN 10 YEARS OLD. CLASS A, B, C MOTORHOMES, 5TH WHEEL, AND TRAVEL TRAILER. OSPREY LAKES MGMT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE ACCEPTABILITY OF ANY RV.

WE LOVE PETS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PET.
PETS STAY FREE AND MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHILE OUTSIDE RV AND NOT LEFT UNATTENDED.
GUESTS MUST PICKUP AFTER YOUR PET.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN LAUNDRY ROOM, BATHROOMS AND SHOWER FACILITY.
CONTINUOUSLY BARKING DOGS/AGGRESSIVE DOGS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
AGGRESSIVE DOGS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE PARK. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN.

WE LOVE AND WELCOME CHILDREN. THEY ARE TO BE CHAPERONED WITH PARENTS/GUARDIANS AT ALL TIMES. FOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY THEY MUST BE ESCORTED TO THE BATH HOUSE AND OTHER AREAS OF THE PARK. ALL CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with park rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to inform them of such. All overnight visitors must register at the office. Any visitor who does not follow these rules and regulations will be asked to vacate the premises.

Rent must be paid in advance. We accept cash, personal checks with proper ID, debit or credit cards.
Pls contact Osprey Lakes office for Check in time. Check out time is 11:00 AM. No refunds for early departures.
There will be an additional charge for use of washers/dryers in your unit. We do not include the use of these appliances in the rent. Help keep our electrical rates low by being honest about your use of these appliances.

Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. All trash should be bagged and brought to the dumpster on site.
All sewer lines must be free from leaks and have a “donut” or threaded attachment into the sewer.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed but only at your site.
Clothes lines are not allowed.
Pls do not wash autos and RV with a hose.
Generators are allowed only during an emergency.
Oil changes and other such types of vehicle maintenance are not allowed but other minor fixes may be permitted. Check with the office before performing any vehicle maintenance and/or repairs.
Maximum occupancy per site is 4 people (2 adults 2 children.) Additional occupants must be approved by Osprey Lakes management.
If satellite dish is used, they must be installed on RV, not on the ground.
Any installer/vendor must check in at office prior going to site.
Appliances are not allowed on the outside of your RV.

Two bathrooms with shower facilities are located at the main office building. All tenants are welcome to use these facilities. Please cleanup after yourself and respect the rules.
The bathrooms are cleaned with antibacterial cleaners for your protection. If there are any problems please let us know immediately.
Trash from bathroom use may be put in the bathroom trash but please do not use these for your regular RV trash.
Do not wash dishes and or utensils in the bathrooms.
Children are not allowed to use these facilities without adult supervision.
Smoking is not allowed in bathrooms, laundry and office area.
Keep floors dry and free from any obstructions.

Please observe all rules/guidelines for use of Laundry Equipment.
Please DO NOT wash pet bedding, greasy rags, muddy clothing, etc.
Laundry facilities are provided for the convenience of our paying guests and are not to be used by visitors.

Absolutely no use of fire arms, explosives, drugs or fireworks is allowed in the Park and will be strictly enforced.

Valuable objects should be securely stored away. We are not responsible for personal property.
Park Restrictions and Guidelines may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Observe all signs in the Park.
